William McBride is an aggressive and experienced attorney who has represented thousands of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
At the age of 10-years-old, Mr. McBride decided to become a lawyer because his family was defrauded in a "rent-to-own" scheme in which his family lost their home and financial resources. Mr. McBride will never forget the first night he spent sleeping in his family's car. This experience continues to motivate and drive the philanthropist to fight aggressively for his clients today.
Before beginning his legal career, Mr. McBride served the community as a public school teacher, high school football and track coach, motivational speaker, youth minister and camp director. Mr. McBride's father came to the United States as a migrant worker. His father was the first to graduate from college and founded a Spanish speaking church to serve the community. It was his mother and father's example that motivated him to become involved in community service.
Mr. McBride received his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in Education from the Florida State University and his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University College of Law in Malibu, California.
Mr. McBride was a candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2006 where he received 30 percent of the statewide primary vote. During his bid for the U.S. Senate, he was endorsed by the Orlando Sentinel and Bradenton Herald.
He is currently admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the Federal Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. McBride is licensed to practice law in Florida, New Mexico and Texas with offices in Orlando, Kissimmee, Tampa and Albuquerque, NM.
Mr. McBride is a member of the Orange County Bar, Board Member of the Florida Justice Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, actively involved in the Hispanic community and is well known as ABOGADO WILLIAM. He is married to Kristy McBride and has three young boys.
