Jessica J. Gonzalez-Monge was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Ms. Gonzalez-Monge received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a specialization in litigation and advocacy, and individual liberties and minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. In 2011, Ms. Gonzalez-Monge earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law. During her time at Florida A&M University College of Law, she served as the President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association. Ms. Gonzalez-Monge was also the recipient of the 2010-2011 Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida & HHSFMO Scholarship. Upon graduation, Ms. Gonzalez-Monge became a member of The Florida Bar. She continues to be an active member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida and serves on the Board of Directors as the Young Lawyers Section Committee Chair.
