Meet Personal Injury Attorney Alberto H. Oliveri

Attorney Alberto H. Oliveri was born in Punta del Este, Uruguay. He attended the University of South Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Criminal Justice -Cum laude- in 2007, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance in 2010. In 2013 he earned his J.D. from Florida A&M University.

During law school Alberto was a legal intern at the Orlando offices of McBride, Schicchitano & Leacox, P.A., assisting Attorney Zachary Leacox and his team with the litigation of personal injury cases. After law school he joined a full-service law firm in Orlando, where he worked on civil matters such as foreclosure defense, debt collection, and bankruptcy. He then went on to work for a law firm in Cocoa, Florida where he litigated the subrogation claims of insurance companies, and the collection claims of hospitals and credit unions.

Alberto has attended hundreds of hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials in 20 of Florida’s 67 counties. He’s a member in good standing of The Florida Bar, and he’s fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Alberto uses his prior experience representing insurance companies along with his business background to help people as a personal injury attorney.
