- William McBride, Partner
Since the age of ten, William wanted to practice law to help families in need. He fulfilled this dream when he received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University College of Law in Malibu, California. McBride is licensed to practice law in all Florida courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Middle District of Florida. In 2006, he ran for the U.S. Senate and received 30 percent of the statewide primary vote.
- Zachary Leacox, Partner
Zachary is originally from Denver, Colorado, where he studied finance and statistics. He received both a law degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas. After working in family law and insurance, Zachary now uses his experience and knowledge to help people affected by catastrophic injuries as a personal injury lawyer.
- Aaron Scicchitano, Partner
Originally from Pennsylvania, Aaron received his Bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University and his law degree from Ohio Northern University. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Laura is the firm’s corporate counsel. As the corporate counsel attorney, Laura plays a critical role in our team’s pursuit of fairness and justice for the community by overseeing the firm’s ethical, legal and corporate compliance matters, as well as the firm’s human resources.
Nicholas studied Finance at the University of Florida, where he also received his J.D. After defending insurance companies for five years, he decided to begin representing injured individuals and their families. Whether you have been affected by a personal injury or wrongful death, Nicholas, as a former insurance lawyer, is a great resource to have on your side.
Manny has been in the central Florida area for over 15 years. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Degree in Political Science. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.
In February of 2003, Attorney Boardman started his own law practice in Hampton, Virginia with a general practice that specialized in personal injury, medical malpractice, bankruptcy, custody, traffic, and misdemeanors. Over the last 13 years, his firm has flourished as he has served thousands of clients. He strives to treat each of his clients with compassion and care and gets great satisfaction out of seeing the dramatic changes in his clients’ lives as a result of his help.
David is the firm’s immigration attorney. Originally from Indiana, he received both his Bachelor’s degree in Business and his Law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. David’s wife is an immigrant from Peru and he now helps others with their immigration legal issues.
Attorney Alberto H. Oliveri was born in Punta del Este, Uruguay. He attended the University of South Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Criminal Justice -Cum laude- in 2007, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance in 2010. In 2013 he earned his J.D. from Florida A&M University.
Louis Berk is an associate attorney at McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox Orlando Office. Mr. Berk was born in Venezuela and was raised in Hollywood, Florida. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and later received his Juris Doctor from Florida A&M College of Law.
